As Joe Concha noted Monday in The Hill, due process seems like a foreign concept to the Biden administration.
The president and his flunkies certainly skipped past “innocent until proven guilty” when they wholesale accused Border Patrol agents of maltreating Haitian migrants.
“To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped,” Biden said of the patrol agents on horseback who were accused of whipping Haitian migrants trying to cross the southern border. “It’s outrageous. I promise you those people will pay. There will be an investigation underway now, and there will be consequences. There will be consequences.”
Turns out the photographer who took the pics that went viral says no migrants were whipped and the photos were being misconstrued.
That made little difference to a president who appears to be at open war with secure borders and the agents sworn to uphold the nation’s immigration laws.
Former acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf spoke to Fox News about Biden’s latest Big Lie and how the administration would rather attack law enforcement than address the border crisis.
