Bloomberg’s health care idea: Sick, old people should die

Empower Wisconsin | Feb. 21,  2020

The list of amazingly awful things uttered by liberal billionaire Mike Bloomberg is entering the staggering.

Media sites are now tracking and categorizing the Democrat presidential candidate’s many gaffes over the years — now coming back to haunt his cash-burning campaign to buy the presidency.

Many of them are misogynistic, giving Democrats yet another soldier in the party’s War on Women. He allegedly checked most of the politically incorrect boxes in one fell swoop when commenting about the British royal family.

“What a bunch of misfits — a gay, an architect, that horsey faced lesbian, and a kid who gave up Koo Stark for some fat broad,” Bloomberg is alleged to have said, apparently in reference to Prince Edward, Prince Charles, Princess Anne and Prince Andrew,” according to The Cut.

In recent days, a 2011 clip (released by The Daily Caller) shows Bloomberg talking about the escalating costs of health care and how old, sick people can help.

“If you show up with prostate cancer and you’re 95, we should say, ‘Go and enjoy, have a nice day, live a long life.’ There’s no cure and we can’t do anything. If you’re a young person, we should do something about it,” the former New York City Mayor said.

Bloomberg’s 2011 Soylent Green (1973 dystopian thriller) plan surfaced not long after the release of his health care proposal aimed at improving the lives of retirees.
