Do-nothing Pelosi’s House pushing subpoenas, not bills

It’s a reflection of the times: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Democratic majority have signed off on more subpoenas to investigate President Trump than they have written bills that have become law. 

As the Washington Times reports, the subpoena issued last week to former Ambassador William Taylor marked the 56th that the public knows of — all aimed at Trump and his team. 

That’s 10 more than the 46 House bills that have become law this year. 

Perhaps there’s a silver lining here. The fewer bills coming from Pelosi’s House the better off taxpayers will be.
