MADISON — Nathan Pease, a whistleblower who worked for a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor in Madison, claims USPS sent carriers to look for 100,000 outstanding ballots on the day after the election, backdated them, and told him to deliver them to election officials.
Pease testified last week at a hearing held by the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Campaigns and Elections.
