Evers lockdown plan

By Bill Osmulski, MacIver News Service

MADISON  — Gov.Tony  Evers unveiled his Badger Bounce Back plan on April 20, 2020. It explained how and when he would reopen Wisconsin’s economy and lift his lockdowns on individuals.

The thresholds were incredibly high.

Today, even with COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin at an all-time low, the state is still not close to meeting Evers’ most basic requirement. If not for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the state could still be locked down.
