Gas crimes: As prices soar, gasoline thefts on the rise

By Katie Pavlich, Townhall

Americans working hard to manage an exponential increase is gas prices are now becoming the victims of yet another crime.

Gas theft is on the rise in cities across the country and thousands of gallons are being stolen from stations.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration is doing little to ease the pain of increased prices. In fact, officials are happily making them worse.

During an event this week Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm again emphasized the administration’s goal of moving away from fossil fuels.

The White House continues to justify President Joe Biden’s decision to end construction on the Keystone XL pipeline and refusal to increase domestic oil production.

Democrats on Capitol Hill are looking to punish oil companies, who they falsely claim are price gouging.

Meanwhile, a number of Democratic governors have asked for the federal gas tax to be temporarily paused. The Biden Administration hasn’t budged on the request.

: BREAKING: Average gas price per gallon in Wisconsin is almost $4 after going up more than 50 cents in a week. I’m urging Congress to suspend the federal gas tax—18.4 cents per gallon—until 2023 to help bring down gas prices for folks across our state. Wisconsinites can’t wait. — Governor Tony Evers (@GovEvers) March 8, 2022

That’s rich! Notice that he isn’t willing to sacrifice the Wisconsin gas tax…

Doubly rich is that he’s desperate to make sure his sinking rat ship stays afloat long enough that they can ‘massage’ the voting without looking too much like a sham…

Triple rich is that if they did do something that stupid, nEvers would be sitting at the podium next year pointing his finger at the taxpayers saying that taxes need to be raised because the roads are turning into gravel.

It’s too bad that people were forced to choose between nEvers and Talker last election, hope the elephants can come up with a real live person this time around…

The high gas prices are all part of the plan to sell electric vehicles. Question is… do we get electricity??? They’re tearing this country apart from within.

See them draining tanks, shoot them in the ars with a roman candle. That would brighten the night. This is Worst group of demorat Gov unionista in my lifetime. Beginning with Barry. Without fossil fuels, there would be no life as we know it for the last 100 years. There would be no trees left. Rocks can’t keep you warm.
No oil to lubricate electric motors or gears/bearings of battery cars, for electric generation of all types, water, wind. The containers your food is in, etc. Just intellectual morons, or money whores promised by the company lobbyists
