MADISON — U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Oshkosh) says he’s had it with FBI foot-dragging.
The chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Tuesday talked about issuing subpoenas to FBI Director Christopher Wray and the committee’s efforts to get answers about the agency’s involvement in the phony Russian collusion probe.
“I mean the fact that a year after the FBI was fully aware of the fact the Steele dossier was chock-full of Russian disinformation they’re coming in front of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and briefing them falsely that they still had confidence in the Steele dossier?” Johnson told Sandra Smith on “America’s Newsroom.”
