Liberals suck at a lot of things, and self-awareness might just top the list.

National Review’s Philip Klein finds the left’s social network temper tantrum over Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter absolutely rich.

“For years, every time conservatives complained about the stifling of open speech on Twitter, they were greeted with taunts of ‘If you don’t like it, you start your own Twitter,’” Klein mused Tuesday.

So this tweet from leftie “charlatan” “economist” Robert Reich is already worth the $44 billion Musk paid for Twitter, Klein wrote (beaming with schadenfreude).

Musk and his apologists say if consumers don’t like what he does with Twitter, they can go elsewhere. But where else would consumers go to post short messages that can reach millions of people other than Twitter?

The “free market” increasingly reflects the demands of big money.

Now all the whining libs are doing what they always do: threatening to run away.

Howard Dean — the former DNC chief who screamed his way to political failure — was ready to take his iPhone and go home.

“Many thanks for the knowledge and sharing over the past ten years or so. If Musk takes over Twitter I will be off within a few hours. Might be just as well for my well being but I’ve learned a lot of valuable stuff from many of you. Thank you all.”

Yeah, thank you, Howie. They won’t have Howard Dean to kick around anymore.

But the problem is, for all their threats, liberals never leave.
