Fox Business host Charles Payne says Democratic presidential frontrunner Bernie Sanders’ socialism banner is the logical outcome of President Barack Obama’s tenure as president. Obama’s big government programs and initiatives planted the seeds of the Democrats’ harder turn left, Payne told Fox News Wednesday morning.
