Privilege comes in a lot of forms.

Take Washington, D.C. The mayor there gave the thumbs up to a group of activists painting “Black Lives Matter’ in large bold letters on a city street.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton tells Fox News his group’s request to paint their own motto on a D.C. city street has not been approved by the mayor’s office.

The motto: “Because No One Is Above The Law.”

Judicial Watch has filed a First Amendment lawsuit against D.C. and the deciders of who gets to speak.
