MADISON — Voting by cognitively impaired residents declared ineligible to cast ballots may have been more widespread than originally suspected, according to a new report.
Meanwhile, a voter integrity activist says he was able to file for absentee ballots using the names of Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) and Racine Mayor Cory Mason, a Democrat, raising more questions about the security of Wisconsin’s elections.
