Strassel: IG report fully discredits Steele, ’dossier’

The Department of Justice Inspector General report may have allowed some Deep Staters to skate, but it’s a damning indictment of Steele, Fusion GPS and the ’dossier,’ says Wall Street Journal columnist and Fox News contributor Kim Strassel. 

More so, Strassel says we have learned the slimy and apparently illegal lengths to which House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff has gone in the pursuit of political vengeance.

“I think probably from a civl liberties standpoint, the greatest danger to our free system is that the incumbent government used the apparatus of the state … both to spy on political opponents but also to use them in a way that could effect the outcome of the election.”
