Tool of the Week: Hypocrite Nancy Pelosi

Empower Wisconsin | Sept 7, 2020

MADISON — Nancy Pelosi was a hypocrite long before she got caught sans mask at a San Francisco hair salon during the city’s beauty shop lockdown.

It’s her response to being outed that makes the U.S. Speaker of the House such a tool.

The California Democrat, who has derided President Donald Trump for not wearing a mask, got busted last week stopping by the salon for a wash and a blow dry — in defiance of local ordinances banning customers from inside hair salons.

In security footage obtained by Fox News and timestamped Monday at 3:08 p.m. Pacific Time, Pelosi is seen walking through eSalon in San Francisco with wet hair, and without a mask over her mouth or nose.

Her stylist is wearing a facial covering in the clip.

Pelosi, of course, blamed the salon owner, insisting that she was “set up” and that she is owed an apology.

Her freshly coiffed temper tantrum followed Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill’s statement that the speaker was following the rules as presented to her.

Even CNN, the Democratic Party’s Pravda, wasn’t buying it.

“Pelosi comes across as a hypocrite, since she has frequently rebuked Trump for undermining government advice on masks,” the cable news network opined. “Her office’s excuse that her face was uncovered only when she got her hair washed and that she had been told by someone at the salon that it was OK to come inside was pretty half baked.”

Pelosi has shown her hypocrisy in far more serious matters than her illicit wash and blow. The California Democrat quickly dismissed the many allegations of sexual assault and misconduct against her party’s presidential candidate, Joe Biden, while depriving conservative Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of any semblance of due process over unproved accusations.

The speaker’s handling of the trumped up impeachment charges against President Donald Trump was dripping with hypocrisy.

And her claims that Trump and conservatives are dividing the country as she attacks Republicans is the height of hypocrisy.

But her mask-less outing at the beauty shop really hits home with a lot of folks. We are repeatedly told by Pelosi and her big government pals that those who fail to wear a mask during the pandemic are selfish, even potential murderers. And Pelosi has endorsed the kinds of health orders that have locked down businesses across the country.

Yes, Nancy with the mask-less face is a hypocrite.

Her freedom-for-me-but-not-for-thee elitism make her Empower Wisconsin’s Tool of the Week.

1 thought on “Tool of the Week: Hypocrite Nancy Pelosi

  • Nancy’s staff attempted to have the stylist come to her first. The stylist said he could not do that (reasons weren’t given in the account I read) but instead invited her to come to the salon. The salon owner, who was not the stylist, is responsible for what happens in her salon despite her excuses that the stylist is and independent contractor and that “the appointment was already made.” The owner is responsible for not canceling the appointment. The remaining hypocricy documented in the article is spot on, but we don’t need to sink to her level with such ‘gotcha’ politics that only distracts from such truly despicable behavior.
