The Biden administration has paused in its plan to give COVID-19 shots to inmates at Guantanamo Bay prison camp.

The plan hit a slick patch of criticism after Republican lawmakers learned that vaccinations would be given to guys like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks, before elderly non-terrorists at home received them.
