‘Without delay’

Empower Wisconsin | Sept 22, 2020

U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) joined a chorus of his Republican colleagues this week in declaring that the U.S. Senate will “move forward without delay” on the nomination process to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The liberal justice who had been battling cancer died over the weekend. She was 87.

President Donald Trump on Monday said he would make his nominee known by the end of the week.

Cotton, who is on the president’s short list of possible Supreme Court nominees,  joined Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday.
